My Bed & Breakfast won the Bronze award for sustainable tourism initiative 2005 and this year we are applying for accreditation by Green Tourism. Everything I do in business must be environmentally sound. This sometimes means compromise but not with Carpet Knights. They are extremely professional, efficient, effective and friendly. My carpets look like new - including one I thought I would probably have to replace by the front door. No smell and rooms could be used again within a few hours. I was delighted by everything - including the price and have recommended them to everyone I know.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Carpet Knights. The service is prompt, courteous and professional. We have had all the carpets in our house cleaned aswell as some upholstery and the quality of cleaning is excellent - far better than other cleaning companies we have used. Some of our carpets were badly stained and now look like new. When arranging an appointment, phone calls are promptly returned and the cleaner arrives precisely on time. The house is left immaculate. We would strongly recommend Carpet Knights to other customers.
